GX-271 Analytical-to-Semipreparative HPLC System
The GX-271 provides a smaller footprint, medium capacity liquid handler in comparison to the GX-281 Liquid Handler. The GX-271 offers small to large volume injection capabilities and fraction collection on the same platform. Gilson offers a wide range of semipreparative pumping solutions with flow rates from 100 µL per min up to 50 mL per minute and pressure ranges as high as 8700 psi.
Low Mount Fraction Collection
Separate injection and fraction collection pathways eliminate contamination of fractions from sample injection.
prepFC™ Fraction Collector
Gilson offers flexible and expandable solutions for fraction collection. Configure up to 4 additional prepFC™ fraction collectors for increased collection capacity. The Gilson GX Series purification systems modular approach can expand as your application requirements change.

prepELS™ Detector
- Add the new prepELS Detector to any Gilson semipreparative purification system for detecting impurities and compounds of interest not found by UV detection alone.
Precisely controlled spray chamber and drift tube temperature with patented Thermo- Split Technology allows
for optimization of the detector signal whether running gradient or isocratic conditions.
