It truly is that simple. For large wineries, the Man-Tech TitraSip SA may be upgraded to add an AutoMax sampler for true multiparameter analysis over many samples. It has the capability to run unattended, overnight for up to 197 samples, 5 parameters each.
Regarding reducing sugar, The Man-Tech PC-Titrate System is the first system of its kind to automate the entire reducing sugar method, including sample preparation, heating, covering and uncovering. Up to 55 samples may be analyzed for reducing sugars in a single batch.
